The experience

Eat the city, morning or after dark.

The same city gives you two entirely different meals depending on when you walk it. In the morning the breakfast counters are frying kachoris and the chai is still brewing; by evening the same lanes belong to golgappas, pav bhaji and a Rajasthani dinner. Pick the half of the day that suits you.

Two versions

Pick your half of the day.

Same host, same care, two quite different experiences. Everything below updates to match your choice.

Walking with short e-rickshaw transfers

Experience Jaipur as the city wakes up — breakfast counters begin frying fresh kachoris, chai simmers in old shops and the Pink City's bazaars slowly come alive.

The original Lassiwala opens early and can sell out later in the day, which is why it sits on the morning route rather than the evening one.
